Shame on you LG. Sure, you make an air conditioner with a picture frame where the grill should be. Good idea, but the name—“ART COOL”? C’mon guys, kinda obvious, don’tcha think? That aside, the product does have some genuinely “cool” features—an ultra-quiet motor, a plasma air-purification system, and even a snazzy “chaos swing” setting that simulates natural breeze patterns. LG also throws in a couple 17×17-inch reproductions—like Stary Night here, in case you didn’t already have one. Two models—9,000 and 12,000BTUs—will be available come April; prices start at $2,500.
