By now we’ve all seen the DVD which makes your television appear to be a fishtank, but rarely do we see an old television converted into an working aquarium. Michael Khor of Australia applied his woodworking skills to do just this. No small feat, to pull it off he had to rebuild the cabinet to have a flip top for easy tank maintenance and have the fishtank custom built. Certainly not a job for the inexperienced or the under-motivated. His sense of craftsmanship shows in the finished product and his practical side, too—there’s even room to store the food and chemicals behind the controls.
