With the presidential candidates heading into the final stretch for the nomination for 2008, it’s time to rate the candidates’ homes! Although it’s far from being a complete listing, you can check out the pictures along with background information of the homes of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Mitt Romney and John Edwards here. Personally, I like Obama’s, a tasteful Georgian revival on Chicago’s South Side, and Romney’s, a vacation retreat along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. Worst house? I think it’s a tie between McCain’s, a condo in a high-rise that resembles a Soviet bunker, and Edwards’, a 28,000-square foot monstrosity consisting of two houses connected by a series of sheds. Maybe they’ve got beautiful interiors. Which one do you like best?
