While we all dream of modern and green housing that’s affordable, a development team consisting of a developer, an architect and a builder is documenting their effort to build it in their 100khouse blog. The construction, located just outside Philadelphia, will be a “very basic 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath house with roughly 1,000 square feet of livable space,” according to their site. I look forward to reading about their progress.
