About 233,000 Campbell Hausfeld and Husky Air Compressors are being recalled because of 11 reports of fires. Protective covers on the motor are not properly flame-retardant and can ignite. The air compressors were sold at home improvement and hardware stores nationwide from September 2005 through November 2007, retailing for $170 to $200. Consumers should stop using the air compressor immediately and contact Campbell Hausfeld for a free repair kit.
