It seems everything is going green these days. In a unique spin on gingerbread houses, Bake For A Change held a contest that “combines warm baking with global ideals.” Contributors were asked to build the gingerbread home of the future, “efficient in its use of energy, water and materials as it is scrumptious to behold.
