“It’s T-O-O-O-O….”
My water bill has a second name;
it’s H-I-G-H.
Oh, I love to save every day,
and if you ask me why, I’ll say…
‘Cause saving water has a way
with helping me get through the day.” (sung to Oscar Meyer tune)

If you are like me and hate flushing money down the drain and have already looked inside your home for water-wasters (leaky toilets, high-flow showerheads, half loads in the dishwasher or the washing machine), then it’s time to look outside the box. And that box is your home. Sure, you irrigate and there is an article on watering at the right time to get the best results for the least amount of irrigation. And you have selected the right plants and landscape to conserve natural water (rain). But something I am betting most of you overlooked is the dripping outdoor faucet. With a little time, you can get your water where it’s needed instead of irrigating (irritating) the foundation as well as discoloring your exterior wall or worse.
