Panasonic’s newly released concepts for home design would excite even the Jetsons. The technology involved is truly amazing. Panasonic has already built a working model of their concept home in Tokyo, which is open to the public. Here are just a few of the amenities that it boasts:

-A bed that senses your decreased heart rate when you fall asleep. The TV and lights then power off.
-Office with a facial recognition security system and a 70-inch screen for web conferencing.
-Earthquake-proof steel frame.
-Home Energy Management System (HEMS) that reduces energy consumption by 30 percent.
