One of the items we’re checking out at the Kitchen/Bath Industry Show & Conference is the new GE Monogram Grills for outdoor cooking. These grills come equipped with halogen lights for cooking at night and a system to ensure even heat distribution and reduce flare-ups. There’s also an impressive set of add-ons, including a drop-in smoker box, basting pan and a stainless-steel rotisserie motor, spit rod and claws. Mmmm…smells like summer!
