The Consumer Product Safety Commission recently issued a recall of Simplicity full-sized baby cribs with tubular metal mattress support-frames. The metal support frames have been shown to bend or detach, causing part of the mattress to collapse and create a space where an infant or toddler can fall and become trapped, wedged or fall out of the crib.

These recalled cribs were made in China and sold at Walmart, Target and Babies R Us, as well as some additional stores across the country.
