I admit it. I am both a Weber loyalist and an iPhone fiend. Am I in my glory now? All signs point to “yes.”
Weber has announced the release of their new “On the Grill” app, which features 250 classic Weber recipes (beercan chicken and yakitori chicken are my faves) as well as 40 recipes for rubs, marinades and sauces. You’ll also get grilling tips (as in guidance, not steak) and some explanation on essential grilling techniques.
Some of my friends could really do with this App. I cringe every time I see a spatula press down on a grilling burger, releasing all those precious juices into the flames below. Such a no-no.
I’m not usually one to drop $5 on an app, but I may splurge for this one.
