Dresser

This ladies’ dresser (also part of the bedroom set) is constructed of figured (or curly) cherry. Tommy accentuated the variegated color of the wood by matching the grain and running the sapwood up the sides of the dresser and across the top. This creative touch adds unique character to the piece setting it apart from the ordinary. The richness of the piece was achieved without stain: it just oiled.
