Since it’s just one day past Halloween, I thought this story was still timely. Two homeowners in Pittsburgh, Bob and Ricki Husick, who have had their house on the market for a year, have come up with an intriguing proposal: The purchaser of their home will receive a full refund of the sale price when they die. And, because they have no heirs, there’s a special bonus offer: If the buyer agrees to care for the Husicks in their old age, he could inherit the couple’s retirement home in Arizona. I suspect the Husicks won’t have to wait too long for a sale.
