A recall of Paint Sprayers made by Wagner Spray Tech was recently announced because the on-off switch can be dislodged from the casing, exposing electrical connections. No injuries or incidents have been reported. The recall affects about 35,000 units, the Wagner Control Spray Plus Model 0414248. Model numbers beginning with 0414248 with Manufactured Date Codes Y182R thru Y365R, Z001R thru Z366R and A001R thru A021R are affected. The units were sold nationwide from August 2007 through April 2009. Affected consumers should stop using the sprayers immediately and contact Wagner at (888) 925-6244 for a free repair.
