The online real estate broker Sawbuck Realty recently launched the HomeSnap app for the iPhone. The app lets you take a picture of a home to get information on it, including current value, its last sale date and price, the local schools and more.

Info on over 90 million homes across the country can be accessed with just one click. Because the HomeSnap app integrates with real-time data from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), users can tap into that info within seconds, even as far as seeing interior pictures and scheduling a showing.

Sounds like a cool app with some powerful potential. Of course, real estate apps that provide the above kind of information are nothing terribly new, but the ability to get instant info on the house you are currently looking at is definitely noteworthy.

What real estate apps do you use?
